Panel Discussions - How to ?

What are community discussions ?

Community discussions will allow all your panel members to interact in real time. You as a admin can just initiate a Discussion with a topic and panel members can then comment on the discussion topics that you have started.

How can I enable the discussion module on my panel ?

Go to:

  • Login »  Surveys »  Communities »  (Select Community) »  Discussions

Add a discussion under the discussions section

Add discussion topics under each discussion

The members will see the topics on the portal, under discussions tab

They can comment on these topics initiated by you

How can I enable Discussions on the portal?

Go to:

  • Login »  Surveys »  Communities »  (Select Community) »  Settings »  Customize Site Behavior
Mark the Discussions check box and hit the save changes button. The discussion tab will be enabled on the portal.

Please note you need to initiate a discussion as a panel administrator before the members can post comments/ feedback.

What are the data analytics option that I have for the community feedback on the discussions ?

You should be able to export entire data for your discussions.

  • Login »  Surveys »  Communities »  (Select Community) »  Settings »  Customize Site Behavior
